Executive briefings

Not all members of a management team are at the same level of knowledge and experience about the Balanced Scorecard in use.
We provide customised briefings to leadership groups including practical case studies and interactive workshops to help achieve common understanding as to how Strategy into Action practices can work, and the benefits and downsides of adopting new approaches.

Strategic Planning; Driving Focus and Engagement

Our strategic planning processes are pragmatic and inclusive. We custom design an approach building on proven process steps. Typically, planning processes involve wide involvement from across the organisation.

The outputs are not long winded strategic documents. Instead, we help groups capture the key priorities in simple, clear and usable ways. By doing so, the ability of groups to execute and stay focussed is enhanced.

Strategy into Action; Execution and Alignment

Coaching of each group is a subtle art requiring background guidance and occasional group facilitation. Our coaching is focussed on developing the group's ability to monitor progress toward strategic goals, learn from emerging trends and performance obstacles, and increase their capacity to adapt and respond quickly and effectively.

Effective implementation of strategy and cultural change requires sustained effort at different levels. As coaches, we work closely with senior sponsors and project leaders of change, providing objective advice or guidance as progress unfolds.

Strategy into Action phase also addresses the challenges of organisational alignment and resource deployment to simultaneously enable the various teams, units and divisions to implement effectively.
