Strategy Execution Appraisal (SEA)

What are your current capabilities in executing strategy? Gain insight into your current skills, knowledge and processes the exist within your management team, as well as more widely across your organisation.

Based on four underlying principles of effective strategy execution, and involving a combination of survey and background interviews, the SEA helps your management team readily grasp the strengths and areas requiring development in order to ensure appropriate focus and response of a development programme.

Strategy Formulation

A starting point in pursuing a more rigorous strategic Navigation system in some cases is clarification of the strategy itself.

Our involvement spans over 6 months, however involves surprisingly few days of consulting time, as we endeavour to involve your people in taking ownership.

To engage a wider group and gain agreement on the steps forward requires a deeper knowledge base, particularly of senior managers.

Education of these people is a delicate balance of ensuring relevant practical exposure with the risk of alienating or creating resistance.
