Values
As DaPo aspires toward this higher purpose and goal, we
approach our work, our relationships and business dealings according to the following four values.
Results
- We aspire to achieve measurable and sustainable results for
clients
- We engage with clients by initially agreeing the results to be
achieved
- We encourage the measurement of results at the conclusion of
projects
- We suggest a balance of financial, and non financial measures
of success for long term success
Partnerships
- We build effective partnerships based on trust, integrity and
mutual benefit
- We strive to understand core needs and facilitate self design of
solutions
- We facilitate 'ownership' of the solutions we are helping
implement.
Pragmatism
- We encourage the use of common sense, practical tools
- We strive to reduce complexity to simpler forms
- We facilitate effective learning through experience, involvement
and modelling
- We help adapt theory into practice by applying the inherent
principles in action
Self reliance
- We transfer skills and knowledge to client organisations
- We encourage self-sustaining processes that are supported,
sponsored and enacted by in-house people
- We strive to implement systems that deliver sufficient value that
they outlast the leaders who introduce them
